Ella was my mentor and friend when I was a student nurse 36+ Years ago. Always kind, always fun and always 100% a dedicated caring nurse. I met her again at the RCN congresses over the years and she never changed. A twinkle in her eye, a joking comment always but behind it all a true advocate for patients and nurses. You will be so missed not only by your RCN family but nursing as a whole. Congress will not be the same . Love to you and RIP Geoffrey Walker
